The process which was posted was in fact the layout of how this would work. That process was with a law firm that was dragging its feet and was ultimately fired. They brought on this new law group with the same plan from the previous law group. That’s the issue, this law group is reviewing a plan drafted by the previous group. It doesn’t help that this law group let go one of the top brass there and was heavily involved in an office move at the same time. I’m not making excuses For them, but it’s reasonable delays in my opinion. I think with Meso/Benito getting involved it will come together much quicker. Again, my opinion.
