Why?

Why not hold a pod cast or invite shareholders in for q & a like many companies are doing. So many things they could do to turn this into a positive company and have shareholders helping instead of being bitter themselves.

Because they know they would have to explain their lies and consulting agreements.

Somehow, I don't think that would go well...LOL
