CGC is like the legacy airlines that eventually all folded because of their years earlier decisions. They couldn't compete against the more efficient cost conscious competitors.

Constellation Brands paid a crazy cannabis premium hoping USA legalization would have occurred years sooner.

So for CGC shareholders, let's hope Chuck comes through with bringing the Cannabis Administration and Opportunity Act (CAOA) across the finish line. If it happens, Constellation Brands will finally be able to unlock its precious asset, and demand will finally be able to meet supply.
