Not true, other countries are not in the biotech business... Most have rules that apply and most likely a phase 3 will be needed regardless. The costs for a phase 3 versus revenue potential is the biggest hurdle. Remember, most who get CV19 will not need B... My argument all along was trying to find someone to bail Leo out and assume all costs... Not sure anyone will be interested... Not once has Leo mentioned plans beyond current trial that speaks volumes. All we've read is "they will be excited" for results... Sooze...
