OH BOY !!! I got started on my trip/study of 1 Corint. 15, -----How about a thought provoker....The resurrection in the gospels record the Mary being the 1st to see the risen Christ......In Corint. Paul records that Cephas was 1st.......I have spent 2 hours on this very one little point.....I never believe Scripture contradicts itself, the answer is there, one just must find it, I am looking, however I find it is discussed in the Interpreter's Bible, but my Study Bibles do not go there----The Interpreter's put it this way---"An appearance to the women on the third day is totally ignored by Paul or else rejected. He expressly states that that the 1st appearance was to Cephas."......I am starting to get a picture here, but, then this would just be a personal opinion-----Any help on this would be appreciated----now if it is your opinion, please state personal opinion---I would not want someone to read and take something for fact---when it is only what one may think could be---.It is interesting, but, I do believe an explanation is available, just gotta find it....
God Bless
