Risk is not even the issue here. It is very likely and plausible to assume that net assets are still above $2 billion today.

The issue here is, how do we turn this into cash for the shareholders? We have discussed this for years with SIAF. How do we monetize these assets? The company even announced 3 or 4 spin-offs to that effect.

Well HERB did the asset swap, turning the company into a cash flow machine. That was a significant step. The spin-off is another step. And now they need to finish the job by buying out the minority shareholders, or, pay frequent cash dividends.

I think we have a pretty good chance here. The company has come alive. They are spinning off assets. They said they will give us financials. They started communicating. So why wouldn't we have a good chance? They know exactly where we all stand. Either they will do what's best for all the shareholders, or, they will do some "magical" thing with Hemp/CBD or Biotechnology. Those are the only two options they have.
