Just posted this on their FB group...

Thank you Jay. I know we had an arrangement for shares distributed over a 4 year period but considering the limitations on services and assistance are you comfortable dissolving the arrangement without any shared distributed? If this is agreeable I can send something formal to sign.

I would like to maintain a relationship that perhaps can be revisited at a later time once we are at a better position.
