First of all.. you wont have to wait another year for drilling:)

and sometimes the market looks "forward":)

and sometimes a stock is ALREADY undervalued..

and sometimes other things move the stock (behind the scenes)

I could go on..

but nobody can guarantee this stock going up or down in the short term.

but I think smart longs are looking at the upside.. and building positions.
