In the black corner we have:
- potentially - Keith Berman flouting bail conditions to STILL post contrived good news on message boards, trying to pump the price to scam some newbies to pay his ever growing lawyer bills... (The Government's last response to the Motion to dismiss hearing was comedic in its dismissiveness and more or less amounted to "yeah, pull the other one loser, its got milk!")
- Oh... and some trademarks... for largely hypothetical products. That it.

In the Red corner we have:
- Criminal indictments for the CEO.
- SEC action.
- Civil litigation.
- Berman's <ahem> DNA splashed all over shareholders cash being used for 'corporate entertainment purposes'.
- 'Caveat emptor' designation making the stock practically impossible to trade on the basis that anyone actually stupid enough to want to buy this junk needs protecting from themselves.
- Zero verifiable evidence of a test kit that could actually work.
Really. Zero verifiable. And quite a lot to the contrary. Go look!
- A share float that has ballooned to the extent that whole new branches of hyper-mathmatics are having to be invented just to describe the effects of dilution that has thereby resulted...
- And a bunch of bewildered shareholders who a wondering whether to sell or sue or both!

Dunno about you, but I'd buy it! <cuckoo>
