To Whom it may concern,

I am a current stock holder of FWAV, I was wondering following

What will the share structure be if the merger with EdgeMode goes through? I seen the 80% in the K-8, but I don’t know if that is 80% of outstanding shares now, so like 39m added shares, or 80% of total outstanding shares after the merger which would be like 160m added shares.

Will EdgeModes current team stay on?

If the EM team will stay on will Forth Wave Energy current team stay on and lead or will EdegeMode team take over?
