As I wrote last week the last big compassionate use approval came during another virus epidemic. It was AZT and Aids was the issue. Covid has been even more deadly and should receive compassionate use and EAU certification. A P3 study will be requested to confirm all findings. By the way AZT was given the green light after a small P2 study.
