The only explanation is that a non retail buyer is slowly loading up daily . Because the buyer has insider knowledge that this stock is going to pop significantly.

Retail buyers can't buy this stock because its against SEC rules. Something interesting playing out here. 200,000 shares were purchased in a trade today.Why but $2000 worth of stock when current news indicates that the stock will be sub penny sooner than later ?
