it does appear they or him are looking for some sort of "deal" the drilling was completed. IF the test results are as goodd as they claimed they will get offers which IMO they will then acquire shares B4 finanlizing a deal. WIll be close illegal but this is one of those type companies where the highest etthics are not as important to thier image. jmo
