I do not know why people worry so much about dilution. If dilution helps reducing debts or liabilities, considering current market cap, diluting in view of eliminating debts is not necessarely that dramatic.

Two possibilities: Either
- The situation is desparate and dilution is only used to extend the dying process going on. Then who cares, we will lose whatever we still have invested in the outfit.

or

- The company is effectively building a serious business and current market cap is way way to low. If so, the significance of adding 33% more shares would easily be wiped out by the impact of any good financials and outlining of an update of the ongoing activities.

The only issue I currently consider is: 'When the heck will our leader talk'? ... If ever. Till the, anything written in here is irrelevant (in particular the continuous messaging of our basher in chief.
