There’s no excuse for Nixon’s actions. Their tweet on Twitter a week or so ago about COVID having an impact on the company was just an excuse. COVID-19 has had an impact on everything in the world, but using it for an excuse not to file some paperwork to get the company current, is just that, an excuse. It didn’t have an impact when he diluted over a billion shares in the past couple of months. No real company or its owner would be doing this bullshit to the shareholders of the company.

I don't try to mislead people with what I post, they're just my thoughts and opinions.
