I posted earlier. There is none. It was a bogus claim. Too bad SEC prosecutors can’t personally be held responsible. If they could be, taxpayers dollars wouldn’t be spent for fairy tales.

Not saying bad actors don’t do bad things. In this case they obviously did, but Spartan wasn’t in on it, as alleged. The jury REJECTED that claim.

BTW, it’s not a 52 week low, it’s an all time low. Thank you SEC.
