Absolutely, they control most of the shares and the naked shorting which is suppose to be illegal is still happening. Every phase of the market not just the OTC is being manipulated by the hedge funds and MMs. SEC is nowhere to be found. Its like the wild west all over again. No law and order at all. Just a bunch of criminals running the whole show.
