Yeah they know exactly who is holding, how many are holding, what their average is, their account size, how much cash you have, how many pending orders you have, where the majority of orders are, your birthday, etc..
It's easy for them to short a stock when they have all that information and unlimited funds.
They probably have a program that lays it all out for them in a excel spreadsheet layout.
I have other stocks that don't dilute as well.
and they experience the same type of shorting.
It's not offshore accounts. its USA brokerages.

Theres no reason LCLP should have dipped like this.
It was trading perfectly above .05
It's like all of a sudden a switch was flipped and the short algorithm kicked in.
