Wrong! It has been mentioned on IHUB for the last few weeks that the dilution was just under 200 million shares and that still has not changed as seen below! I also have pics of the share structure every week! and here is the difference since Friday July 23rd which was a month and a half ago:

That still shows underneath 200 million shares diluted which proves that it did not increase from the week before last week! Also the majority of the 200 million that were diluted into the market were diluted weeks ago while our share price was trading in the mid .02's range which means they were just needing enough funds to cover the $5,000,000 raise which they have either already accomplished or are very close to accomplishing just as the CEO of LCLP had mentioned during the investors conference call last week! What do you say that we all speak honestly when we post on the IHUB so we don't misinform the true investors here?
