USRM_a_CON: TROUBLES_IN_LEGAL_LAND - Uh oh LMAO !!!
Well - I think I just found the reason for Mike Michael Miguel Tomas pitching his new Hail Mary last ditch DILUTION "ATTEMPT" to raise a bunch of cash by dumping more shares - as in 250 ma MILLION shares of Dilution R US -
TWO of their court cases went from BAD TO WORSE RECENTLY - and looks like Miguel knows it and MAY HAVE TO PAY THE PIPER and settle them lawsuits soon or face the bad music :)
BOTH are the Broward county cases:
1) Case #: CACE20012095
Brenda Leonhardt Plaintiff vs. US Stem Cell Inc, et al Defendant
THAT be the fact USRM owes Brenda Leonhardt AT LEAST $1.4 Ma MILLION large and it accrues 18% brutal interest for being IN DEFAULT !!
The beauty here is - Brenda got SMART AS A WIT this time in court and named Miguel and ALL PRIOR OFFICERS as defendants, aka SHE'S GOING TO MAKE A "GO" AT THEIR PERSONAL ASSETS since Miguel sandbagged USRM and drained it of ALL CASH to himself and Kristy and the Northstar boys -
AND here's the kicker- they've been filing motions like Mad Men (and Kristy) to DROP US AS INDIVIDUALS off the case, but the judge ain't having any of it - NOPE, you can be sued too lets see your cards at the table LOL !!
SO....THIS PAST WEEK IT WENT TO "CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER" from the court - which is law speak for YOU BETTER SETTLE THIS or get set for trial or do something and NO, as the judge I ain't ruling on your MOTIONS TO DISMISS MIGUEL and Ahn and Knutson and Old Man Murphy....blah blah blah LOL !!!
2) THEN in the other Broward case - TWO MAJOR happenings:

THAT is their former "doctor" suing ALL THEIR PRIOR CLINICS for failure to pay her insurance and liability premiums -
a) THE ATTORNEY FOR THE DEFENDANTS aka Miguel and Kristy and crew - FILED A MOTION TO QUIT AS LEGAL COUNCIL for "irreconcilable differences" aka I CAN'T WORK WITH THESE IDIOTS (LMAO !!) like we've seen dozens of times in the past LMAO !!!
b) AND now CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER SET on this one also = GET TO THE TABLE AND SETTLE or get serious about A TRIAL as I the judge am pissed and tired of this POS case sitting on my docket and NO I ain't dismissing you defendants and I'm not going to rule on all your stupid motions LOL !
THAT is why POOF (well besides that they are BK BUSTED BROKE for even the $269 a month rent-a-desk) but THAT IS WHY MIGUEL IS "ON THE HUNT" to raise big big big DILUTION CASH all the sudden :)
He's going to have to settle that case with Brenda Leonhardt for a minimum $1 MILLION is my "guess" - IF she accepts any less from these cons this time, she's a fool IMO. She should DEMAND PAYMENT IN FULL which is over $1.4 MILLION and if she's smart DEMAND A LUMP SUM PAYMENT and no more "payment plans" as THAT is why Miguel stiffed her on this last go around !!
AND THEN - they will need to pay the good doctor probably about $100K CASH to settle the clinic insurance premium scam case.
SOoooo....that's about $1.5 MILLION Miguel would need to GET OUT OF JUST THOSE LEGAL PICKLE BOXES - and he still owes VENABLE LAW A SHIT TON OF MONEY for losing the federal appeal in the 11th circuit and he's in DEFAULT on 3 or 4 other major DEBTS OWED per their own filings.
This is DESPERATION-VILLE HERE FOLKS - I think Miguel's pickle box is he CAN NOT FILE BK "YET" with Murphy alive or his estate intact as MURPHY "GUARANTEES" the FLORIDA BANK LOAN of $980K with his personal assets -
Meaning IF MIGUEL FILED BK for USRM he'd be stiffing OLD MAN MURPHY FOR A $MILLION CASH that the FL BANK INSTANTLY "TAKES" as pay-back for that $980K loan - as Murphy was dumb enough to act like a co-signed essentially and put-up HIS COLLATERAL (Cash CD or a deed or something) and the INSTANT THAT LOAN GOES "DEFAULT" the bank takes HIS ASSETS as payback !!
USRM - the bad saga continues and goes from BAD TO WORSE - the Miami Dade case "trying" to sue for the MASSIVE LEGAL BILLS they owe the mega D.C. Law Firm is DEAD. That case has had a motion pending for FOUR MONTHS and not a damn thing has happened - so Miguel and Kristy the clinic left OH HUGE LEGAL BILLS TO THE D.C. LAW FIRM and at some point that firm is going to come for their hunk of flesh - this shit show is cooked and baked and BK BUSTED BROKE FOLKS :)
PER THEIR OWN LAST FILING: ALMOST NO CASH LEFT and sales are practically NOTHING and NUMEROUS DEBTS IN DEFAULT and lawsuits out the ass = this is going to get FUGLY UGLY !!
