SEC new rules and thoughts: SEC might be happy that they are making pinkies to be current but we all know these companies still can do all these pump and dump using fake PRs.

The problem is with the OTCMARKET. They don’t verify anything. When companies issue fake PRs, they upload on OTCmarket and that’s it. The financials they upload again pretty much made up. All you need an attorney letter. In that letter attorney says client told us this and that and we have not verified. So what’s the use?
