I dont understand it either Ow...only that someone can challenge it and then the patent office reviews it. I DO know getting a patent in the first place is difficult, time consuming and expensive. They search patents to make sure there isn't a patent in place already that is similar. Somwone can challenge a patent on the wording alone. Again, I am not an attorney. Ask Lucy or Jawsomesauce.
