I thought it was a good call even without a regulatory filing to support the broad plans.
The emails from Bruce just called out NP as a liar. Nothing new there.
I also think the 13D team does have the skill set to work the process at FDA.
The patient population accessible for LH is impressive if can be leveraged for trial with Leronlimab.
They will have the LH funded.
They will let rials continue in Brazil if started.
Shocker (not) that NP has allowed Fife the drain the blood out of CYDY. My take is this is his way of keeping the current BoD in line.
Good they do not support or plan a R/S.
Happy that the Electrocore situation was at least briefly addressed - and seemed honest; wrong Chairman and CEO and action was taken.


My opinion is:
The company should file a lawsuit against NP to claw back last year’s compensation of ~$10MM as it was clearly not justified.

At this point I give 13D the opportunity to run the company. A call tomorrow from NP to just repeat the same nonsense as the last year will inevitably lead to the same results - nothing.
