You are absolutely spot on relative to the inability for any serious buying as it is stopped by all the majors - CS, ET, AMT, Fid and it will take days after even the final catch-up Q(s) as OTC has to receive and process and notify - I walked through this with CS so will stand by it.

So with all the accolades provided for the CEO he has really dropped the ball on the filings and created a scenario unfair to all - whether a current holder, an interested buyer, and worst to someone faced with a need to sell now....only buyers if you are in Canada or have a high priced boutique account as best I know.

If there is lots of positve vol where will it come from?

Let's hope he is wise enough to not do anything more than file Qs and no other news until we are back and tradeable across the spectrum. JMHO.
