More then 17 Million in Wealth, Poof Gone in a day, for what ???

Other then FWAV being current and BABL well on its way with filings the only other benefit is the investor with 10 Million in hand, from previous news reports, was their target capital raise, but with Convertible Debt and less control then BABL offered ??
