I know you're not the CEO but you're being surprisingly naive when you say "Anyone who thinks/claims a CEO of a publicly traded company is pushing information through a stock message board is either very uninformed or nefarious."
A number of them have done exactly that. In fact there's a board here called "CEO's Who Post on IHUB".
You overestimate the integrity of some OTC company CEO's....happens a lot.

One such CEO, Keith Berman of DECN, has recently been indicted for lying to the SEC about his Ihub posting during an investigation.
IMO IPIX's CEO isn't likely to be posting here.
