I’ll see what I can find. That was years, and a couple of computers ago. I didn’t get an attorney because I didn’t lose any money. I saw the financials and was out immediately at market open. It took hours, maybe a cpl days, for the price to drop to the low. I did lose most of the gains from that year, but was still green when I closed.

Everything I sent in was from the financials. The fake loans paid off with shares at par value. The fake companies that were the lenders. The fake services that were financed by those loans and never once came to fruition. The debt that Ballas brought to the co pant with him and left off the books for the first three years. The payoff of that personal debt with ubqu shares. So much dishonesty.
