BP - Great post about your friend. The fact that rain blew the sale deal doesn’t mean the seller lied. It was an unknown unexpected fact that delayed the sale but rewarded the seller in the long run. This is where some investors have a difficult time not taking into consideration all facts. Research is paramount to gather all accurate facts before entering a courtroom, my lawyer friend says. Facts matter and I have done DD in research and have a very comfortable feeling that what is wanted will be had with INQD and that unfolding events will turn out for the best…..soon.
