Looks like about 55 million shares in the free float. So 1% of free float in short exempts on building positive volume is a buy signal for me. Friday we saw over 700,000 in short exempts. The 3 prior days were under 1% but they increased each day. KPLT will make a big move if this pattern continues. I will be buying 2000 shares first thing tomorrow and will add as conditions get better. GLTA
