so - how does the court close its eyes to a violation of Roe V Wade (using the notion that this is complicated and different?)

Not saying keep Roe v Wade
Not saying get rid of Roe v Wade

But right now - it is there - it is the constitution in essence

Yet 5 judges allowed a law that flat out violates that to continue

The court has politics not just law

(I do not believe the executive talks to the court during a case - but the judges are appointed by politicians)

So who is for us and who is against us (and I would not use the 9-0 APA vote as very determinative of who is against and for)
