First of all it is a forecast and second thing, the growth of this company could be as much as 150% per year because it is growing strongly and because every single agreement can particularly influence the growth of revenues and profits.

• Revenues 2021: $ 90M, earnings ($ 40M licensing fees + $ 15M earnings from revenues)

• Revenues 2022: $ 180 / 200M, earnings ($ 35 / 40M +? Of license fees from micron)

• Revenues 2023: (official hydridDIMM CXL product launch) = $ 300M, earnings $ 80 / 120M +? of license fees from microns)

• Revenues 2024: $ 700M / 1B, earnings $ 200M / 400M (+? Of license fees from micron)

• Revenues 2025: $ 1B / 1.2B, $ 300 / 500M earnings

I have not calculated the samsung and google cases but I have budgeted the micron case that could bring profits from IP licenses from 2022.

I calculated the impact of the CXL hydridDIMM product which could be worth billions of $ with your eyes closed. In the event of deals with google and samsung, revenues and profits could triple and the netlist cash could exceed $ 1 billion by the end of the year 2022.

Watch out for the number of agreements between netlists and companies around the world starting next year. I hypothesized that by closing the agreement with google, netlist could exceed the billion in turnover already by 2023.

It is difficult to evaluate the value of a licensing agreement with micron, depending on what we will read shortly we could calculate more precisely the future profits of this company.

In my opinion with the steady micron revenue increase we could be talking about $ 70M per quarter (1% of revenue) and it would all be useful for netlists that it should use to increase R&D expenses and a huge business plan.
