He had 16 million + of the 75 million AS and added 8.7 billion to tha AS. Those were not added to the OS , sold everything to Wei .
8.2 invalid shares were accepted as debt. Leaving Wei with 93% with a 100 :1 RS. No one has seen the receiver report dealing with the audit and the AS with process of swapping the now 98 million OS invalid shares to the valid shares from Lazar.’s 9 billion AS now HOMU’s 98 million shares

No one but parties involved have seen the court receiver report most likely dealing with the shares since the invalid and valid shares were over 16 billion with only 8.3 OS ever total

Bottom line with the RS we have 98 million OS and float
