Nio, doesn’t have an EV manufacturing license. Their cars and batteries are built by a 3rd party.
JBZY, doesn’t have an EV manufacturing license. Their cars and batteries were built by a 3rd party.
The difference between NIO & JBZY is that JBZY sold 3 cars as of the 2017 annual report.
A Beijing train advertising campaign and 2 auto dealerships, JBZY sold 3 cars and never submitted audited financials to the OTC.
“To the date of this report, the Company has sold three cars that were manufactured for the Company by an unrelated third-party manufacturer. The Company is attempting to obtain a license from the Chinese government to sell electric vehicles domestically but has not yet succeeded in obtaining the license.”
It's JBZY's value as an empty shell company that has kept the PPS afloat all these years.
