Response From VBHI Regarding Becoming SEC Compliant!

Ok everyone I GOT an eMail Response from VBHI yesterday 9/3/21!

Here's what they said in response of me posing the question of why it's taking so long to get SEC Current in the face of the fast approaching September 28, 2021 deadline.

I stated to them the following in my eMail:

"It's only reasonable to let your investors know what's going on with becoming SEC Current before the September 28, 2021 deadline and if you don't perceive that will happen OR VBHI is going defunct, you should have the courtesy to inform us so we can cut our losses and move on."

Here's their reply:

"We continue the work necessary for filing. We are planning to file as soon as practically possible."
