Everybody read the proxy for the annual meeting. The meeting will have a Q&A session where we can ask 2 questions each. The meeting with be virtual zoom type meeting. The proxy talks about shares of Particle stock. Phil has a Particle stock incentive of 1,200,000 shares vesting a third after the first sale. Another third after 50 million in sales and the last third after 200 million in sales. Ron has incentives that kick in when Knowlabs uplists to the NYSE or NASDAQ. In my opinion the proxy has a heavy focus on Particle.
