Going to the CDC or worse yet, the FDA doesn't guarantee anything, as the states are responsible for their own initiation of pandemic reg's - just look at all the fighting between parent vaxers and antivaxers at schools - then add in the school administration and there is no consistent testing structure governing what the school system will follow; let along implement mandatory COVID antibody testing policies.
Basically its the "Wild Wild West" out there and Gerald will unfortunately not gain any solid traction anytime soon, having the federal, state, county or municipal governments implement policy around Todos's cPass antobody test for schools - let along the general population both in the US and abroad.
It would be better for Gerald to court Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, Quest, Lab Corp, etc. to see if he can package Provista and cPass for a quick sale...
