I mean, there's no chance Foley doesn't have at least 2 years worth of delays in him, is there?

I assume no prosecutor in the world would consider letting him plea bargain the bill of indictment down, considering what he did the last time they let him do that. But I'm sure standard delays can eat up two years like they were nothing.
