The chart isn't so pretty, but like they say buy in when you see blood in the streets and sell out hen the party is going strong.

They will want to get the price up before they do a share offer. This recent price decline seems to be driven primarly by this threat of dilution.

IMO we will see the price spike up again, hopefully above my sell point of $3.35.

Don't stay too long once it goes up. Once it does, the door will slam shut with a share offer and a dilution of at least 30%. IMO
