Me too. What "normally" happens is that there will be news/ pump action to raise the pps just prior to the share offer- selling into the rise. They won't likely over dilute their shares, or they will cause more harm than good to the company's future.

I am hoping for a nice rebound and sell out before the pending squeeze. They need capital and when the music stops.... anyone holding is helping to pay their way.
