I am sorry that i haven't posted anything over the past 5 years Beginning January 1, 2007, Bulgaria joined the European Union. The country is doing very well, the stock market has exploded, and the euro is up significantly against the dollar over the same time period, though off of its 2004 highs.
Is it too late to enter the market? Only time can tell. I believe that a US investor could put 5% of their portfolio in bulgarian stocks, which are not correlated to other stocks. ( emerging markets or us stocks)
