IMO, you are investing in BABL. Synergy is the custodian of the shell. Synergy may or may not do something with it. If they do, they are going to sell the shell to make themselves a profit, not necessarily the shareholder.

You are hoping that Ben/Synergy sets up the shell so you can make money.
