Every time Emil “gifts” shares he is diluting other shareholders that paid market prices.
The par value is really used for tax purposes mostly.
Whomever is in control of the company can issue stock at any price he seems fit without any consequences such as Laws or the SEC….provided it is recorded & reconciled & made available to the general public.
