Vper was a Jan/Feb meme stock. It has been on a flatline algorithm since Mid March. In a rigged market, only news and volume can change the pattern. The stock has been spring loaded for months. It can pop 50% in minutes. Then ASCM logs in and shorts it down. That has been the pattern.
