Mark had mentioned use of funds for utilities in the reported news piece, and I should have stated that my point was, there would not necessarily need to be a big outlay of funds for utilities at this time and the $25million being discussed, would be available for better uses in advancing the project in other ways.

That leaves it open to what they will advance on next with the cornerstone financing. I'm upbeat that we will see things happening soon on site, and positive news about REEs.
