Hypothetically speaking, if this comes down to the wire (as it looks like it will be the case) does submitting the financials for edgarizing count as being current or do they have to post.

Just a concerned shareholder who saw this type of lack of urgency when I was in college where similar things happened to students who waited to turn in assignments just before a deadline.
