FUD. Read their first PR… it states “settling previous liabilities of the company to the satisfaction of our acquisition candidate”

Clearly they are cleaning up debt.

SFO’R has worse financials and still went on a major bull run.

Also according to last PR those shares issued are restricted. Usually up to a year.
