At this point they need to focus on 1 location like before.

Classic mistake for business.

Thinking they need to be EVERYWHERE.

All they need to do is serve FL. Look what they accomplished when they only focused on smaller stuff.

As soon as this takes off to .25 they get full of themselves and then talk about expansion.

They got way too excited. They need to step back, and focus on what they're good at.

M&A is starting to smell like desperation of getting rich quick. They need to be strategic.

Costs and margins have always been an issue. Get those under control first
