I found the promo code, The price would be what I would have to pay to study it/ how long. Reading I found the DDAmanda board link. I ran my scanners against some of the higher priced you posted. One in particular I'm already in free share when you posted. I won't base my decision to buy DDamanda on that, becasue there is something of interest that I found that may be useful. However DDamanda does have a TOS link. So just like Scanz I'd be paying for what I can get for free. Well not entirely free if you add in the hard work of setting it up. Tos is not really free also when you think about it, it just comes along with the price of doing business. Etrade old scanner was really great the new one doesn't have the wiggle room( criteria settings) Here's a tip, maybe you already know this, if your scan criteria is set to smaller price ranges you will get better hits. From what your posting your range is too wide. However this is Ihub, so post should be taken with a grain of salt.
