Faulkner blindsided shareholders and Synergy as well. Zero regard for shareholders. As the CEO he should have disclosed his resignation with reasons publicly. We still deserve an explanation. Now he has an LOI with FWAV? I wonder if he changes his mind again. I wont touch a ticker he's involved in again.
