That was a t-trade, not an after hour purchase. Presumably done by whoever paid the bot service to spam the news article.

Just look at all the exact same tweets, just with several starters to them. Check out the accounts posting them. That's all the accounts do, spam OTC news. Amazing what you realize when you look for it.
